Rediculous

So with this being my last blog post for the semester I thought I would reflect upon the fun times in class as well as the ridiculousness that has happened over the semester.

I was not sure what to expect with this class, and I am surprised on how interactive and entertaining this class was.  When I first started this blog I had no idea what to do with it. So I started to go in the direction of telling funny stories about the people in my life or about the crazy things that happen in my job, but when my fiance introduced me to a set of clips on youtube I decided to share with the world how out of control this child was in the best freak out ever videos. Then there were the set of videos from scaretactics which is probably the greatest prank show on TV. And then lastly the hood rat kid.

Overall, it was great experience to learn about blogging and trying to be more creative than just giving you a boring post, if I even accomplished that this blog would be a success in my opinion.

7 year old: hoodrat stuff wit my friend

Kids are ridiculous, their imaginations can run wild. This child feels that it is ok to do "hood rat things" with his friends. The part that gets me is children are all influenced by different aspects of their lives and what influence could possibly possessing this hood rat to do hood rat things.

This child's idea of doing hood rat things is stealing his grandma's car and going for a joy ride which is ended in wrecking the vehicle and doing thousands of dollars worth of damage. When he talks to the police he thinks everything is okay and he doesn't believe he did anything wrong but he did it because he was mad.

Overall, this child was doing hood rat things whether a publicity of stunt or not it really makes me question the authority that his mother has over him and the lack of respect he has for others. If he can do this kind of damage at this age, what is to say he is capable of doing in the future? I don't think I care to find out.

Greatest Freak Out Ever 7 (ORIGINAL VIDEO)

Kids never like doing chores, well at least most don't. I've seen kids throw fits and temper tantrums just to get out of them, but I have yet to see a teenager let alone a child act like this when angry at the chore at hand. In this video from the greatest freak out even Steven gets frustrated with the fact that he has to vacuum and takes all his frustration out on the vacuum. What I don't understand is the pattern of this kids behavior. Seen from previous posts this is either a publicity stunt for this family or these parents have had the hardest time raising this child and his outbursts or they just don't deal with it at all.

The Prank That Would Get Me Good

In this clip from scare tactics I would literally pee my pants. I tend to get really freaked out really easily and anything devilish is just not for me. So if I was set up for this prank I would probably not only hate the person who did that to me for the rest of my life, but also have nightmares for god knows how long.

This clip sets up poor little Brittany who is set up by none other than her mother. She thinks she is just working the front desk at some sort of clinic, but as the prank unveils she is about to witness the birth of a satan baby. Her reaction is hillarious, but like I said if I were in her shoes I would be completely scared out of my mind.

Practical Jokes Are The Best!

Everyone loves a funny prank, but the show Scare Tactics takes pranking friends to a whole new level. The poor guy in this clip needs to make some extra cash and takes this baby sitting job instead of doing his reasearch. Little does he know that his friend has helped set him out to scare him out of his pants.

Personally I would love to set up a few family members and friends on this show. But most of all I would love to set up my fiance because he claims that nothing scares him. So to see him lose it because he is scared out of my mind would make my day.

Overall, pranks whether there televised or behind closed doors they always strive to get a laugh. And this clip definitly does!

Gymnastics Time!

This poor gymnastics instructor, this is probably the funniest Greatest Freakout Ever video in my opinon. Some of the others i find a bit more serious with the reaction to the punishment or just towards people in general.

In this youtube clip I cannot get over how obsessed this kid is about not being touched, she is a gymnastics teacher thats what they do to help you....get over it! And then the foam pit, oh the foam pit (enough said). And the whole time his little brother keeps being told to leave and he just does not care and does what he can to capture these moments on video.

Where do you draw the line?

From my own experience with obsessed gamers whether it be online, PS3, xbox, etc. they can tend to get a little upset when things do not go there way. I would get so frustrated with my fiance because he would get mad during certain games that were not going his way. So when he showed me this video I was taken back to the level of chaos in this video.

The part that gets me is why does his brother do this to him. I remember being a child and wanting to torment my sisters, but this is a little drastic. At what point do you draw the line?
